📈Let’s compare how the real estate market performed in July 2023 compared to July 2022 in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
📉Compared to last July, there was an almost 20% decrease in closed sales. There was a slight increase in the median price point, just under 1%. Inventory was also down around 20% as well. All of these factors (plus higher mortgage interest rates) have led to a slower than usual summer market.
